With more than 15 years in Colorado real estate, Rachel specializes in estate and project management for private clients, overseeing properties and projects across their portfolios.
Rachel has a keen understanding of every side of the business. She has worked on the home-building side, managing new-home sales and closings for a major North American homebuilder; the design side, driving business development for an established interior design firm; and the ownership side, managing estates for private clients. Most agents know one of those worlds. Rachel knows all three. She can look at a home and read its construction, design, and market value.
That same eye guides the everyday. Rachel coordinates the contractors, vendors, renovations, and decisions that keep a private estate running, serving as the single point of contact so her clients don't have to manage the details themselves. Paired with her broker's license, her hands-on management background lets her walk into a home, see exactly what needs to be done, and make it happen.
Rachel brings that same standard to residential buyers and sellers, with the personal attention and discretion her estate clients rely on.
A Colorado State University graduate in Organizational Leadership and a licensed Colorado Broker Associate, Rachel is based in the Denver Tech Center and available to assist throughout the Denver Metro area.
When Rachel isn't working, you'll find her at the lake or cheering on her two young boys.
